I understand the following:

•This contract is effective immediately upon a signature.

•If I want to continue receiving lesson discounts after the contract expires, I can renew this contract for another 6 or 12 months or complete and sign a new 6 or 12 month commitment contract.

•If the student advances and is required to have a longer lesson, I will continue to pay the new tuition fee with the same discount.  (i.e. in a 6 month commitment for 30 minute lessons, the tuition of $240 is dropped to $220.  If in the 3rd month the student is bumped to 45 minute lessons, the new tuition of $280 will be dropped to $260).

•I agree to pay an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining months if I decide to break this contract.  (i.e. in a 6 month commitment for 30 minute lessons, if the student decides to stop lessons at the end of his or her 4th month, 50% of the 5th and 6th month of lessons is due. 

•If I am absent for a month (except for medical emergencies written by my physician), I agree to continue paying my monthly tuition as agreed in this contract.
