Each year Centerville Presbyterian Church comes up with this incredible musical production for the 4th of July weekend. Their choir is amazing and I absolutely love being a part of it. I wait in anticipation all year for their patriotic concerts and christmas concerts because they’re so much fun to be in and to watch.

An evening of classical music to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society

WHEN: Saturday, May 16, 2009 at 7:30 PM

WHERE: Lincoln Glen Church. 2700 Booksin Ave. San Jose

DONATION: $20 collected at the door

Christine Concepcion, Viola

These professional artists have joined together for one night to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. This cause has recently become very important to Soprano Barbara Rowland since her mother was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins Lymphoma last summer, and a colleague was diagnosed with Leukemia last year. This concert honors these two remarkable women by raising money to find better treatment options and save lives.
